Clara Guiol

born: 12 August 1906
Puebla,
Mexico
died: 31 January 1995
Port Coquitlam,
Canada
(age 88)

American (born in Mexico) actress, the sister of director Fred Guiol. She was nicknamed "Babe"; her married name was Jacobs.
Regarding her year of birth: her grave marker and her Mexican birth registration record says 1906, but in 1989 Clara stated her year of birth as 1908 when she was interviewed for the book, Coquitlam: 100 Years.
The middle name given on her birth registration record is Leonora. Her christening record (5 March 1907) adds Mildred as a second middle name. It appears she dropped Leonora from her name by 1920, as that year's Census gives her middle initial as "M." She was definitely using only Mildred by 1931, as it is the only middle name given on her marriage certificate and license.
She currently has two pages at Find a Grave, one of which gives her specific date of death as 31 January 1995 without a source.
Real name: Clara Leonora Mildred Guiol y Fairchild
