Elderly American actor of stage and screen. Perhaps his most well-remembered performance was as the ranch owner in Buster Keaton's "Go West" (1925). His stage surname has also been spelled "Truesdell," which, going by various vital records, may have been his own preferred spelling. His funeral service record notes that his service (at Pierce Brothers Hollywood Mortuary, two days after his passing) was to be ministered by a Christian Science reader. |
