Ruff (better known by the stage name Virginia Dare) (b. 6 Aug 1882 in Philadelphia, PA - d. 8 Jul 1962 in Los Angeles, CA) - on September 21, 1909 in Niagara Falls, New York.  According to the document, Sydney's parents were Arthur N. Jarvis and Annie Macklar, both of Canada.
