American actor. He worked as Harold Lloyd's chauffeur. A World War I veteran, he later returned to his native Texas and operated a plumbing business.
In the 1920 Census, he is residing at 369 South Hoover Street and working as a chauffeur for a "private family." He is on sheet 8B; a note by his entry reads "See 4B." A look back at sheet 4B reveals Harold Lloyd living at the same address, with his brother Gaylord and Gaylord's wife Maye, their father and Harold's secretary James Darcie Lloyd (listed as "Darsie J. Lloyd"), and a Japanese servant.
