Elderly American actress. In 1888, she married George William Rhoades (1864-1940), who worked as a railroad brakeman. They had two sons: Warren Donald Rhoades (1892-1958), who like Dad also worked as a railroad brakeman and later as a postal inspector, and Harold Emerson Rhoades (1912-1999), who like Mom also worked in films as a child actor. Elizabeth, George, and Harold are all interred at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in Colma, California (Warren is buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Santa Monica, California).
Elizabeth's death certificate gives her date of birth as the 17th rather than the 23rd, the latter of which is confirmed by birth records and is thus given above.
