Gene Sorkin (October 21, 1950 -  ) is an American film enthusiast, born in Culver City, Los Angeles, California, USA.
He is the Grand Shiek of The Chimp tent with the Sons Of The Desert, Oasis #279 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

It is my absolute pleasure to know Gene.  He was the first person to show such an interest in this website, and since then has continued to support me and everything I do.
To date, he is the only person I have actually spoken to on the telephone, from all the wonderful people who have helped me, supported me and cared for this site!

Many of the titles herein would not have been possible without Gene's help.  He is one of the most genuinely loveliest guys it has ever been my pleasure to know.
