American actor. In 1914 while he was was being filmed as "Slippery Slim", when visitors from Chicago, Mildred Pam and her Dad went to visit the studio. Victor spotted her and immediately ran over to her to offer her a seat, supposedly causing the loss of 1,000 feet of film! She asked him to buy a ticket for the scholarship contest she was in. He bought enough tickets for her to win the contest. They were married 11 days later in San Francisco and remained married until his death 33 years later! The ashes of both are interred at Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago.
