Attractive blonde-haired American actress and former model who had a brief spell in movies in the early 1930s. She suffered from mental health issues throughout her adult life.

In 1935, was released from a psychopathic ward of the LA General Hospital, on her promise that she would enter a private sanitarium. She went from California to New York, deserted Broadway to return to Hollywood – and then suffered a nervous breakdown. In May 1939 she was reported to have been very ill in hospital, in Australia. In April 1943, she was reported to be "in distress at a local hospital". In 1947 and at the young age of just 34, she committed suicide by hanging herself.
